Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Algarch's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Algarch for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Services Description

Algarch provides AI implementation, consulting, and development services. All services are provided on a project basis with specific deliverables agreed upon in writing.

4. Age Restrictions

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are agreed upon per project
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Late payments may incur additional fees

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Client retains ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property
• Algarch retains ownership of its methodologies, tools, and pre-existing intellectual property
• Work product created specifically for the client becomes the client's property upon full payment

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Algarch or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Algarch's services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Algarch from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

Algarch reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
