Most teams use AI the same way they used Google in 2002 - one question at a time, no system, no memory of what worked. Training closes that gap. Not with slide decks, but with working systems built around your actual workflows.
We offer dedicated training tracks for both major platforms.
Claude AI Training
Anthropic's Claude has capabilities most users never reach: extended thinking for complex reasoning, tool use that lets it take real actions, and Claude Code for developers who want a true pair programmer. The training covers all of it.
What's included:
- Prompt engineering specific to Claude - XML structure, system prompts, multi-shot patterns
- Extended thinking: when to use it, how to budget tokens, how to read traces
- Tool use and function calling for real automations
- Claude Code and developer workflows
- Building agents with the ReAct loop
- Enterprise integration: API, Bedrock, Vertex, prompt caching
Best for: Teams and individuals already on Claude, developers building with the Anthropic API, and anyone who wants depth over breadth.

ChatGPT Training
OpenAI's ChatGPT is the most widely deployed AI tool in the world - which means most users do it the same way as everyone else. Training covers what separates power users from casual ones: Custom GPTs, function calling, the Assistants API, and GPT-4.1's multimodal inputs.
What's included:
- Prompt engineering for GPT-4.1 - system prompts, few-shot, formatting control
- Custom GPTs: building, configuring, and deploying without code
- Vision and multimodal inputs for image-heavy workflows
- Function calling and tool use for real automations
- Assistants API: persistent threads, file search, code interpreter
- Enterprise deployment: Teams vs Enterprise, compliance, rollout
Best for: Teams on the OpenAI stack, operators who build Custom GPTs, and developers working with the OpenAI API.

Training Formats
One-on-one sessions - 90 minutes, focused on your specific workflows and tools. Move at your pace, skip what you already know.
Team workshops - Half-day or full-day for groups of 4-20. We use real examples from your industry. Teams leave with a working prompt library and at least one automation ready to deploy.
Enterprise package - Needs assessment, custom curriculum, hands-on labs, a shared prompt library, and 60 days of follow-up office hours. For organizations where AI needs to be infrastructure, not an individual tool.
What Good Training Actually Changes
The goal is not for your team to write better prompts. The goal is for your team to stop doing things manually that AI should be doing - and to do it reliably, not just when someone remembers to use AI.
After training, teams typically have: a shared prompt library for their most repeated tasks, at least one working automation they built during the workshop, and a clear picture of what to automate next.
